Cancellation Policy

  • 30 Days in Advance: Full refund for cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the event date.
  • 14 Days in Advance: A 50% refund will be provided, subject to a $50 administrative fee.
  • Less than 14 Days in Advance: No refund will be provided, and a $50 administrative fee will apply.

Refund Policy

Refunds will not be provided for any cancellations made once supplies or ingredients have been purchased for your event. If you encounter any issues with our service, please contact us immediately. We will work to resolve any valid concerns promptly.

Custom Orders and Adjustments

If portions or live stations are tailored to meet your specific requirements, refunds will not be applicable after confirmation of these customizations.

Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required for all bookings to confirm your event.
  • Credit terms are available strictly for government clients and institutions (via Ariba, Vendors@Gov, or GeBiz).
  • Accepted payment methods include PayNow, bank transfers, and major credit cards.

Additional Notes

In cases where severe unforeseen circumstances prevent us from delivering our services (e.g., natural disasters, emergencies), we will offer rescheduling options or partial refunds based on the situation.
